We do not collect payment card data directly. Payment is handled through the agreed method specified in each booking proposal.

Your information is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a personalised itinerary and quote
- Communicate about your booking before, during and after travel
- Coordinate with our drivers, guides and accommodation partners on your behalf (sharing only what is operationally necessary)
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
We do not use your data for advertising, email marketing lists, or automated decision-making.
3. WhatsApp and email communication
When you contact us via WhatsApp (+212 621 398 370) or email (Moroccostepstravel@gmail.com), your messages are stored in those platforms according to WhatsApp's and Google's respective privacy policies. We do not record calls. Conversations are stored only for the duration needed to manage your booking and resolve any subsequent queries.
4. Data sharing
We share your data only with:
- Our drivers and local guides — name, contact number, and trip details needed for your journey
- Accommodation partners — name and booking details only
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised usage data without personal identifiers
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party marketers.
5. Data retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is retained for up to 6 months and then deleted. Booking data is retained for up to 3 years for operational and accounting purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact us at Moroccostepstravel@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Data collected is anonymised and aggregated. It includes pages visited, time on site and device type.
